About the company:

Sell Your Gadget (SYG Sell Your Gadgets LLP), Ganesh Nagar, Current Delhi. We buy used cameras, DSLR / mirrorless bodies and lenses from individuals across India. Leads come in daily through our website, Google Ads and Meta ads on phone and WhatsApp; our telecalling team quotes, follows up and closes, and our pickup team collects the gadget.

Role & responsibilities:

- Manage the day-to-day work of the telecalling and pickup team (inbound WhatsApp and phone leads).

- Make sure every lead gets a quick reply, a correct quote and proper follow-up till closure.

- Track daily leads, quotes, conversions and pickups; share a short daily report with the owner.

- Train and monitor telecallers on call quality, WhatsApp replies and CRM / Google Sheet updates.





- Coordinate pickups and payments with the operations team and resolve customer issues.

- Handle escalations and keep customer reviews positive.

Preferred candidate profile:

- 2-6 years experience handling a telecalling / inside sales / customer support team.

- Comfortable with WhatsApp, Google Sheets and basic CRM tools.

- Good Hindi and English communication.

- Interest or knowledge in cameras / gadgets is a plus.

- Must work from our Ganesh Nagar, New Delhi office.Role & responsibilities
