About the job

Primary Purpose: Drive brand growth, cultural relevance and consumer engagement. As a key member of the Marketing team, you will develop and execute activations and partnerships that amplify the brands credentials.

Role & Responsibilities

- Brand Positioning: Define and maintain brands positioning, ensuring alignment with global directions while meeting Indian market needs.
- Partnerships Activation: Develop and execute brand partnerships that align with brands positioning.
- Creative Collaboration: Work closely with internal creative teams, external agencies to develop innovative concepts, content and activations.
- Planning & Execution: Develop, execute and track activations & partnerships, ensuring timely delivery and budget management.
- Commercial & Budget Management: Manage marketing budgets, ensure ROI optimization and deliver brand programs on time in full.

Preferred candidate profile

Education: University degree in Business/Marketing. MBA Preferred

Experience:



5+ years of brand management experience, preferably in CPG, beverage or lifestyle brands with a focus on events and cultural activations.

Skills:

- Robust understanding of Culture and brand management.
- Excellent communication, collaboration and project management skills.
- Ability to think strategically, creatively and analytically.
- Experience working with creative agencies, internal teams and external partners.
- Strong budget management and commercial acumen.

Nice to Have

- Cultural Marketing Expertise: Knowledge of cultural marketing trends, consumer behavior and cultural insights.
- Global Brand Experience: Experience working on global brands, with an understanding of international marketing strategies and cultural nuances.
