Inventory & Cost Manager / Assistant Manager Manufacturing Unit

A fast-growing D2C nutrition brand is looking for someone to own the numbers behind clean-label, third-party tested manufacturing.

The core of the job: making sure inventory is recorded right and COGS is built up right. Stock movements, cycle counts, book vs. physical, month-end valuation, ageing and provisioning, and a COGS build that reconciles to the books.

Around that: product and batch-level costing, BOM vs. actual consumption, variance analysis, and catching cost leakages before they become a pattern.

What we need: 3+ years handling inventory accounting or costing in a manufacturing or FMCG setup. Someone who has personally run stock counts and reconciliations, not just reviewed them. Comfortable in the stores and on the shop floor, not only behind a spreadsheet.

Tally is a must. That is the system we run on, so hands-on Tally experience is non-negotiable.

CMA or CA is a plus.
