Role & responsibilities

- Design, develop and maintain automation solutions for digital content production and publishing workflows.
- Develop scripts to automate repetitive tasks and streamline publishing processes.
- Work with structured content/data including DITA XML, XML, JSON and CSV.
- Troubleshoot workflow issues, identify root causes and implement solutions.
- Support content transformation, publishing pipelines and process improvements.
- Collaborate with editorial, production and technology teams.

Preferred candidate profile

- 810 years of relevant experience in automation, digital publishing, content operations or related areas.
- Strong hands-on experience with JavaScript, Python, Node.js and/or ExtendScript.
- Experience with DITA XML/XML, JSON, HTML and CSS.
- Valuable understanding of digital content creation, transformation and publishing workflows.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting and communication skills.
- Experience with CMS/publishing pipelines preferred.
- Adobe InDesign/InDesign scripting is an added advantage.
- B.E./B.Tech or relevant qualification.
- Candidates with 1530 days notice preferred.
