Job Summary

The Automotive Display Manager is responsible for leading the development, management, and delivery of advanced automotive display solutions, including instrument clusters, infotainment displays, center stack displays, passenger displays, head-up displays (HUD), and emerging cockpit visualization technologies. The role serves as the primary interface between customers, engineering teams, suppliers, and program management to ensure display products meet performance, quality, cost, and timing targets.

The Automotive Display Manager drives product strategy, requirements management, technical execution, and lifecycle management while ensuring compliance with automotive standards and customer expectations.

Key Responsibilities

Product Program Management

- Lead end-to-end development of automotive display products from concept through production.
- Define product roadmaps aligned with customer requirements and market trends.
- Manage project scope, schedules, budgets, risks, and deliverables.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams including hardware, software, mechanical, optical, quality, manufacturing, and supply chain.
- Ensure successful launch and production readiness of display products.

Customer Management





- Act as primary customer interface for display-related programs.
- Gather and translate customer requirements into technical specifications.
- Conduct technical reviews, status updates, and milestone meetings with customers.
- Drive issue resolution and change management processes.

Technical Leadership

- Oversee architecture and development of display technologies including:
- LCD, OLED, Mini-LED, and Micro-LED displays
- Instrument clusters
- Infotainment displays
- Head-Up Displays (HUD)
- Digital cockpit solutions

- Support system-level integration activities.
- Ensure compliance with automotive standards and functional requirements.

Quality Compliance

- Ensure compliance with automotive standards such as:
- IATF 16949
- ISO 26262
- ASPICE
- EMC and environmental regulations

- Monitor product quality metrics and lead corrective actions.
- Support validation, verification, and reliability testing.
