Job Description

We are looking for an experienced L3 Windows System Administrator with strong hands-on experience in Windows Server, Active Directory and VMware.

Key Responsibilities:

- Install, configure, administer and troubleshoot Windows Server environments.
- Manage Active Directory, Domain Controllers, GPO, DNS and AD Replication.
- Troubleshoot complex AD authentication, DNS and replication issues.
- Administer VMware ESXi and vCenter environments.
- Perform VM deployment, configuration, migration and troubleshooting.
- Handle Windows Server deployment, implementation, migration and upgrades.
- Perform server patching, hardening and security updates.
- Handle complex L3 production issues and perform Root Cause Analysis (RCA).
- Independently troubleshoot Windows, AD and VMware infrastructure issues.
- Coordinate with OEM/vendor teams for complex technical issues.
- Participate in Incident, Problem and Change Management activities.
- Ensure infrastructure availability and adherence to SLA.

Candidate Profile:

- 6+ years of relevant experience in Windows Server / Infrastructure Administration.
- Solid hands-on experience in Windows and VMware environments.
- Experience handling complex L3 issues independently.
- Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Candidates with only monitoring or basic L1/L2 support experience are not preferred.
