Key Responsibilities

Workflow Monitoring: Monitor Spectrum Technology Platform data flows to ensure successful processing of daily worker updates.

Data Quality Support: Assist in troubleshooting data quality stages such as address validation, name parsing, and deduplication within the Spectrum platform.

Incident Triage: Act as L1/L2 support for integration failures between Workday and the Spectrum hub, documenting issues in Jira.

Data Analysis: Use SQL to query the Spectrum backend database to verify record matching logic and identify why specific records failed Golden Copy creation.

Platform Maintenance: Assist senior engineers with Spectrum service restarts, minor configuration changes, and deploying updated data maps.

Documentation:



Maintain SOPs for common error codes and recovery procedures for the EDM middleware.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Education: Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, IT, or an Engineering field.

Experience: 1-3 years in software support or data engineering.

Technical Knowledge:Foundational understanding of ETL concepts and data management.

Intermediate proficiency in SQL (Oracle or SQL Server).

Exposure to XML, JSON, and web services (REST/SOAP).

Soft Skills: Robust analytical mindset for root cause analysis and excellent communication for status reporting
