Role & responsibilities

1. Lead Generation & Prospecting Identify and research potential customers in the UK, Ireland and other international markets, with an initial focus on Retail, eCommerce, SAP Commerce and enterprise technology services.
2. Target Account Research Identify key decision-makers such as CIOs, CTOs, Heads of Digital, eCommerce Directors and IT leaders, and build accurate prospect and account intelligence.
3. Outbound Business Development Execute personalised outreach through LinkedIn, email, calls and other channels to introduce ZakApps, generate interest and secure qualified meetings.
4. Opportunity Development – Understand prospective customers' business and technology requirements, identify potential opportunities for ZakApps services, and coordinate with senior sales and technical teams for further discussions.
5. Pipeline & CRM Management – Maintain a disciplined pipeline of prospects, follow-ups, meetings and opportunities, with clear weekly reporting against agreed lead-generation and business-development targets.





Preferred Candidate Profile

1. 2–5 years of experience in B2B business development, lead generation or inside sales, preferably selling IT services, software development, SAP, eCommerce or digital transformation services.
2. Solid research and prospecting skills, with hands-on experience using LinkedIn Sales Navigator, CRM systems, email outreach and other lead-generation tools.
3. Excellent English communication and presentation skills, with confidence communicating with senior business and technology decision-makers in international markets.
4. Commercially curious and capable of understanding a prospect's business, technology landscape and challenges rather than relying on generic mass-email or cold-calling approaches.
5. Target-driven, persistent and highly organised, with a strong sense of ownership for generating qualified meetings and building a measurable sales pipeline for ZakApps.
