Bearer networks form the backbone of telecom infrastructure, utilizing technologies like IP/MPLS, PTN, IPRAN, OTN, and DWDM to route mobile, broadband, and enterprise data traffic.
- Technical Support: Deliver first-level (L1) technical troubleshooting for bearer network equipment.
- Issue Resolution: Resolve routine hardware alarms, link failures, and configuration errors.
- Network Maintenance: Perform scheduled health checks, software upgrades, and data backups.
- In office Execution: Assist senior engineers with hardware installation, commissioning, and provisioning.
- Ticket Management: Log, track, and escalate complex network incidents to L2/L3 support teams.
- Customer Interaction: Interface directly with telecom operators to provide basic technical updates.
