Role & responsibilities

1. All Reciprocating Ammonia Refrigeration Compressors Operation

2. Maintenance Experience in all kinds of Refrigeration and HVAC Equipment including Ammonia REF Compressors, Cooling Towers, Air Compressors, Air Cooling Units, Air Handling Units, Hydraulic Units and Plate Freezers

3. All Cooling Tower Water Level Check, Cooling Fan and Pump Check on regular basis for Refrigeration Plant Operation

4. All Freezing Equipment Blast Freezers, Plate Freezers, Carcass Chillers, Product Chillers, AC Halls and Cold Stores Operation and Temperature Maintaining as per the Standard and QC requirement.

5. All Product Temperature and Hall Temperature need to be maintained as per the QA Standard

6. Refrigeration Plant Operation with 100% Efficiency





Water and Electricity Consumption monitoring in day-to-day operation

Education: Minimum III Trade & Max Diploma

Experience: Minimum 3 to 6 Years Experience in Operation and Maintenance Knowledge of Ammonia Refrigeration Plant Compressor, Freezers, Cold Stores, ACU, AHU and Cooling System
