Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced NICE CXone Developer with 5 to 9 years of experience in Contact Center technologies and customer experience platforms. The ideal candidate should have solid expertise in NICE CXone, IVR development, ACD routing, Omnichannel solutions, integrations, reporting, and cloud contact center implementations. The candidate will be responsible for designing, configuring, and supporting NICE CXone solutions that improve customer engagement and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, configure, and support NICE CXone solutions.
- Implement and maintain IVR workflows using Studio scripting.
- Configure ACD skills, routing strategies, call flows, queues, and agent profiles.
- Develop and maintain Omnichannel solutions including Voice,



Chat, Email, SMS, and Digital Channels.
- Integrate NICE CXone with CRM systems such as Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, and ServiceNow.
- Configure WFM, Quality Management (QM), Recording, and Analytics modules.
- Develop custom integrations using REST APIs, Web Services, and middleware technologies.
- Monitor platform performance and troubleshoot application issues.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and design scalable solutions.
- Support production deployments and provide operational support.
