- Inspect electrical wiring, control panels, servo systems, spindle drives, sensors, motors, and electrical assemblies of CNC machines.
- Verify electrical installations against approved drawings, schematics, and BOM (Bill of Materials).
- Conduct in-process and final quality inspections before machine dispatch.
- Perform continuity, insulation resistance, grounding, and functional testing.
- Verify PLC I/O signals, safety circuits, and machine interlocks.
- Check CNC control systems, VFDs, servo drives, encoders, and electrical components for proper functionality.
- Ensure machine performance meets quality standards and customer requirements.
- Prepare inspection reports, quality checklists, NCRs (Non-Conformance Reports), and corrective action records.
- Ensure compliance with IEC, ISO, CE, and company quality standards.
- Effective coordination and development of product quality at supplier
- CAPA on process defects and customer complaints Ensuring the product Quality and continuous improvement in the quality of the product




- Conducting Initial & periodic supplier audits & its resolution with suppliers
- Driving improvement projects / Monitoring Quality performance (FPY, COPQ)
- QMS requirements like calibration, internal audit, CAPA on complaints
- Knowledge of QMS and EHS requirements is essential (ISO9001:2015 & ISO14001)

Education

- BE / Diploma in Electronics & Communication Engineering or Equivalent

Work Experience

- 6+ years of Experience in QA activities in general engineering industries
- Exposure in Forming, Fabrication, Assembly and machining processes
- MIS Generation (Monthly basis)

Professional competency
(Language, EDP)

- Knowledge of SAP & Microsoft
- In-depth knowledge of Quality Assurance systems / QMS
- Coordination with customers and suppliers
- Process improvement techniques

- Excellent Analytical Skills

- Knowledge of 7QC tools, FMEA, SPC, PPAP, MSA, QAP &Test; plan
