Looking for an Oracle Utilities Technical Lead with hands-on experience in Oracle CC&B;/C2M/CCS and OUAF framework development. Robust expertise in Java, Groovy, SQL/PLSQL, batch programming, BO/MO, UI Maps, web services, and RICE components. Responsible for technical design, development, unit testing, deployment, performance tuning, and production support. Experience in Power, Water, or Gas utilities, technical team leadership, and client stakeholder coordination is required.
