Skill/Role: SAP FICO Lead

Total Exp: 6-8 Years

Location: Pune

Job Purpose:

Experience - 510+ years of SAP FICO experience, including at least 12 end-to-end SAP S/4HANA implementation projects.

Project - SAP S/4HANA Implementation

An experienced SAP FICO Consultant to support an end-to-end SAP S/4HANA implementation.

The consultant will be responsible for business process analysis, solution design, configuration, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support across SAP Finance and Controlling.

Key Responsibilities:

- Participate in end-to-end SAP S/4HANA implementation activities.
- Conduct business requirement gathering and fit-gap analysis with business stakeholders.
- Design and configure SAP Financial Accounting (FI) and Controlling (CO) processes.
- Prepare functional specifications and work with technical teams for developments, interfaces, repforms, and enhancements.
- Configure and support:




- General Ledger (GL)
- Accounts Payable (AP)
- Accounts Receivable (AR)
- Asset Accounting (AA)
- Bank Accounting
- Taxation
- Accounts Closing
- Controlling (CO)
- Cost Center Accounting
- Profit Center Accounting

- Solid understanding of SAP S/4HANA Finance and Universal Journal (ACDOCA).
- Configure and work with Business Partner (BP) and Customer/Vendor integration.
- Work on parallel ledgers, currencies, document splitting, and financial reporting.
- Configure and support automatic payment programs, dunning, bank processes, and electronic bank statements.
- Support integration of FI/CO with MM, SD, PP, PM and other SAP modules.
- Configure and support period-end and year-end closing processes.
- Prepare test scenarios and conduct Unit Testing, SIT, UAT and Regression Testing.
