YKT Talentica India Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a Senior Executive Management Reporting to support management decision-making through accurate MIS, financial analysis, reporting and business insights.

The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of Advanced Excel, MIS reporting, financial analysis and variance analysis, with the ability to work with large datasets and prepare clear management reports.

Key Responsibilities:

- Prepare and maintain MIS and management reports.
- Analyse business performance and key financial/operational metrics.
- Prepare monthly and periodic management reports.
- Support budgeting, forecasting and variance analysis.
- Analyse actual vs. budget performance and identify key variances.
- Develop and maintain management dashboards.
- Work with cross-functional teams to collect, validate and analyse data.
- Automate recurring reports and improve reporting processes.
- Provide meaningful insights from financial and operational data.




- Ensure accuracy and timely submission of management reports.
- Support management with data-driven analysis for business decisions.

Required Skills:

- Advanced Excel with strong knowledge of formulas, Pivot Tables, Lookups and data analysis.
- Robust MIS and management reporting skills.
- Financial analysis and variance analysis.
- Good understanding of budgeting and forecasting.
- Experience in preparing management dashboards.
- Knowledge of Power BI will be an advantage.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good attention to detail and accuracy.

Qualification:

CA / CMA / MBA (Finance) / M.Com or equivalent.

Experience:

2–4 years of relevant experience in MIS, management reporting, financial analysis or a similar role.

Location: Yerwada, Pune
Work Mode: Work from Office
Salary: Up to 25,000 per month, depending on experience and suitability.
