Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Generative AI & Agentic AI Developer with strong expertise in Python, LLMs, AI Agents, and modern AI frameworks. The ideal candidate will design, develop, and deploy intelligent AI solutions leveraging Generative AI, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), Agentic AI workflows, and cloud technologies.

Key Responsibilities

- Design and develop AI-powered applications using Generative AI and Agentic AI frameworks.
- Build and optimize AI agents, multi-agent systems, and autonomous workflows.
- Develop scalable backend services using Python.
- Implement RAG pipelines using vector databases and embedding models.
- Integrate Large Language Models (OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, Claude, Gemini, Llama, etc.) into enterprise applications.
- Fine-tune, evaluate, and monitor AI models for accuracy and performance.
- Develop APIs and microservices for AI-enabled solutions.
- Collaborate with business and engineering teams to identify AI automation opportunities.




- Ensure AI governance, security, and responsible AI practices.

Required Skills

- Robust hands-on experience in Python
- Experience with Generative AI, LLMs, and Prompt Engineering
- Knowledge of Agentic AI / AI Agents
- Hands-on with LangChain, LangGraph, CrewAI, AutoGen, or similar frameworks
- Experience with RAG Architecture
- Vector Databases: Pinecone, ChromaDB, FAISS, Weaviate, Milvus
- REST API development using FastAPI or Flask
- Experience with Git, CI/CD, and Agile methodologies
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
