About the Role

We’re looking for a Performance Marketeer to own and optimize Companies' paid campaigns across Google, Meta, and other digital platforms. You’ll be responsible for ensuring every ad rupee delivers measurable growth and robust ROI.

You’ll work closely with our growth, creative, and sales teams to drive high-quality leads and meaningful conversions across markets.

Key Responsibilities

- Run, monitor, and optimize ad campaigns across Google, Meta, and other platforms.

- Track daily campaign performance — maintain dashboards, budgets, and conversion tracking.

- Analyze data to turn campaign metrics into clear, actionable insights.

- Collaborate with the creative, growth,



and sales teams to improve lead quality and performance.

- Maintain platform hygiene, accurate tagging, and reporting integrity.

- Suggest new channels, formats, and experiments to scale efficiently.

Requirements

- 2–4 years of hands-on experience managing paid campaigns (Google Ads, Meta, etc.).

- Strong analytical and data-driven mindset — comfortable with dashboards and KPIs.

- Proficiency in campaign management tools, tracking systems, and analytics dashboards.

- Excellent attention to detail and ability to make fast, smart decisions.

- Ownership attitude — treats campaigns like their own business, constantly pushing for ROI.
