We are looking for a strong Talent Acquisition professional with a background in IT Technology & Services who can take ownership of the complete recruitment lifecycle and make a real impact on hiring outcomes.

Role & responsibilities

- Proven experience in end-to-end recruitment
- Strong hands-on experience in sourcing & talent mapping.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Ability to make independent decisions and take ownership.
- Someone who can challenge traditional recruitment approaches and change recruitment dynamics
- Strong understanding of IT/technology hiring and niche skill recruitment
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
- A collaborative team player who contributes beyond individual responsibilities
- Strong focus on quality, speed and candidate experience.





Preferred candidate profile

- Strong experience in end-to-end technical recruitment
- Excellent sourcing, screening and candidate management skills
- Strong problem-solving ability and a willingness to take on challenges
- Ability to work independently and deliver results in a fast-paced workplace
- Good understanding of current technology and hiring trends
- Solid knowledge of Microsoft technologies
- Experience working on Microsoft client requirements/projects will be highly Preferred.
