We are looking for a creative and technically skilled AR/VR Content Creator to develop immersive learning, training, and visualization experiences for engineering, manufacturing, automotive, aerospace, and industrial domains. The ideal candidate should have solid expertise in 3D content creation, CAD data handling, real-time rendering, optimization, animation, and AR/VR development using industry-standard tools.

The role involves transforming engineering concepts, CAD models, manufacturing processes, and technical documentation into engaging interactive AR/VR experiences for training, digital twin, product visualization, and simulation applications.

Key Responsibilities

AR/VR Content Development

- Design and develop immersive AR, VR, and Mixed Reality training experiences.
- Convert engineering processes, technical manuals, and learning content into interactive AR/VR modules.
- Create realistic product demonstrations, assembly simulations, maintenance procedures, and industrial training content.
- Develop interactive user experiences using Pico Lens, Meta Quest and other XR devices.

3D Asset Creation

- Create high-quality high-poly and low-poly 3D models.
- Develop mechanical hard surface, and industrial assets.




- Perform clean quad retopology for optimized real-time performance.
- Create UV maps and bake texture maps efficiently.
- Develop physically based rendering (PBR) materials and shaders.
- Create lighting setups and optimized scenes for immersive environments.

Optimization & XR Implementation

- Optimize assets for real-time rendering using polygon reduction techniques.
- Create Levels of Detail (LOD) models for VR performance.
- Ensure smooth performance across XR platforms.
- Integrate assets into Unity-based AR/VR applications.
- Implement interactions using controllers, hand tracking, and UI/UX principles.

Engineering & CAD Integration

- Import and optimize CAD models from engineering software.
- Convert CAD assemblies into visually appealing and performance-optimized XR assets.
- Work closely with engineering SMEs and instructional designers to create technically accurate content.

Content Innovation

- Explore AI-powered workflows for 3D generation, animation, voiceovers, and content creation.
- Stay updated with emerging AR/VR technologies, XR devices, and real-time visualization techniques.
