Role: Aurora Postgress administrator

Experience required: 7 to 15 yrs

Location : Bangalore

Required Technical Skill Set:

1. Experience in AWS Cloud infrastructure database migration PostgreSQL.

2. Implements and maintenance of Aurora PostgreSQL

3. Setting up privileges to create local and remote objects

4. Addresses and solves conflict resolution.

5. Solid Proficiency in PostgreSql or Aurora PostgreSql, Linux installation is mandatory, 4 to 7 years.

Must-Have

1. Relevant certifications in PostgreSQL or related technologies are a plus

2. Willing to learn and pilot innovations independently with minimal hand holding

3. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills Good Communication skills

4. 24/7 on Call Production database support.

5. Good knowledge on storage

Role descriptions / Expectations from the Role

1. Conduct performance tuning and optimization of AWS Aurora PostgreSQL databases to ensure efficient and responsive data access

2. Analyze and resolve performance bottlenecks and issues

3. Implement and manage high availability solutions

4. Establish monitoring systems to track database performance, availability, and health.
