Required Skills:

- Robust experience in Generative AI (Gen AI) solutions and applications.
- Hands-on experience with Agentic AI and AI Agent development.
- Expertise in Agent Frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, CrewAI, AutoGen, Semantic Kernel, or similar.
- Experience in designing and implementing RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) architectures.
- Good understanding of MCP (Model Context Protocol) and AI tool integrations.
- Proficiency in Python programming.
- Experience with LLMs such as GPT, Claude, Gemini, Llama, or similar models.
- Knowledge of vector databases like Pinecone, Chroma, FAISS, Weaviate, or Milvus.
- Familiarity with prompt engineering, model evaluation, and optimization techniques.
- Understanding of cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or GCP.

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Design, develop, and deploy Gen AI and Agentic AI solutions.




- Build and manage AI agents using modern agent frameworks.
- Implement RAG pipelines for enterprise knowledge retrieval and question-answering systems.
- Integrate LLMs, tools, APIs, and enterprise applications using MCP and related protocols.
- Optimize prompts, workflows, and agent performance for scalability and reliability.
- Collaborate with product, engineering, and business teams to deliver AI-driven solutions.
- Monitor, evaluate, and improve AI model performance and user experience.

Preferred Skills:

- Experience with AI orchestration frameworks and multi-agent systems.
- Knowledge of MLOps, CI/CD pipelines, and AI deployment practices.
- Exposure to fine-tuning, embeddings, and vector search technologies.
- Understanding of responsible AI, governance, and security best practices.

Notice Period: Immediate to 30 Days Preferred.
