Hiring: IT Recruiter Domestic & C2H Recruitment

Position: IT Recruiter Experience: 15 Years Work Mode: Permanent Work From Home Working Hours: 9:30 AM 6:30 PM

Salary : 10k -20K (depends on interview) Gender: Female Candidates Only Employment Type: Full-Time

Job Responsibilities:

- Handle end-to-end Domestic IT Recruitment and C2H hiring.
- Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals, and references.
- Screen and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.
- Coordinate interviews and maintain regular candidate follow-ups.
- Handle offer negotiation and joining formalities.
- Maintain recruitment trackers and achieve hiring targets.

Required Skills:

- 1–5 years of experience in Domestic IT Recruitment.
- Hands-on experience in C2H Recruitment.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong sourcing and candidate follow-up skills.




- Positive knowledge of IT technologies and recruitment portals.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
