Roles and Responsibilities :
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, industry standards, and internal policies related to quality assurance.
- Develop and implement effective quality control processes for KYC (Know Your Customer) verification, AML (Anti-Money Laundering), and transaction monitoring.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement and implement changes that enhance overall process efficiency.
- Provide training and guidance to team members on quality management best practices.
Job Requirements :
- 8-14 years of experience in a similar role within the banking or financial services industry.
- Solid understanding of KYC, AML, and transaction monitoring regulations.
- Excellent communication skills with ability to work effectively across multiple departments.
