Roles and Responsibilities :
- Design and develop scalable, secure, and maintainable Java-based microservices architecture for complex applications.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business requirements and design solutions that meet customer needs.
- Lead the development of technical roadmaps, architecture diagrams, and documentation for large-scale projects.
- Ensure adherence to industry standards, best practices, and company policies throughout the software development lifecycle.
Job Requirements :
- 12-15 years of experience in Java programming language with expertise in Spring Boot framework.
- Solid understanding of cloud computing concepts (e.g., AWS) and ability to design cloud-native architectures.
- Proven track record of leading high-performing teams or mentoring junior engineers on technical aspects of software development.
