Role Overview

We are looking for a motivated and organized Junior Project Manager to support the planning, coordination, and successful delivery of projects. The ideal candidate will work closely with Delivery managers, internal teams and stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and according to quality standards

Key Responsibilities

- Assist in planning, coordinating, and monitoring project activities.

- Track project timelines, milestones, deliverables, and dependencies.

- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely completion of tasks.

- Maintain project documentation, status reports, meeting minutes, and action trackers.

- Organize project meetings and follow up on assigned action items.

- Monitor project risks, issues, and dependencies and escalate them when required.

- Communicate project updates to stakeholders and management.

- Assist with resource planning, task allocation, and project scheduling.





- Support budget and expense tracking where applicable.

- Ensure project processes and documentation follow organizational standards.

- Contribute to project reviews and continuous improvement initiatives.

Required Skills and Competencies

- Good understanding of project management principles and methodologies.

- Robust organizational and time-management skills.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.

- Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.

- Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and project management tools.

Qualifications and Experience

- 4 6 years of experience in project coordination, project management, or a related role.

- Experience with tools such as Jira, Microsoft Project, Asana, Trello, or similar platforms.

- Exposure to Agile/Scrum methodologies.

- Experience working in a technology, engineering, consulting, or corporate environment.
