About the Job

As a Field Sales Executive, you will meet customers in person, understand their insurance needs, recommend suitable insurance solutions,



and assist them in making informed financial decisions.

This is a customer-facing role that combines relationship building, consultative selling, and field operations.

Role Expectations

- Working Days: 6-day work week.
- Weekly Off: One fixed weekly off between Monday and Friday; weekends are working days.
- Travel: Daily field travel of approximately 50100 km within the assigned territory.
- Customer Meetings: Minimum 3 successful customer meetings per day, subject to lead availability.
- Mobility: A two-wheeler with a valid driving licence is preferred for effective field mobility.
- Technology: Comfortable using smartphones, GPS navigation, and the companys mobile application.
