KEY RESPONSIBILITIES :

Lead design and implementation of the Insurance Data Ocean using InsureMO DataMO ingesting from PAS claims billing and distribution systems via batch API CDC and streaming sources

Define and govern insurance-domain data models policy claims risk distribution IFRS 17 aligned to InsureMOs canonical data structures

Build and maintain governed data pipelines; enforce data quality lineage tracking and reusable semantics across downstream consumers

Enable AI analytics consumers feed structured insurance data to K-Fabric agentic AI agents reporting layers and digital distribution channels

Collaborate with Functional and Technical Consultants on Data Dictionary setup and Policy API payload schemas within Expert Designer

Drive multi-PAS consolidation engagements; translate client legacy data landscapes into phased DataMO roadmaps Own data governance: classification lineage access controls and auditability for IFRS 17 and regional compliance

SKILLS EXPERIENCE :

8+ years in data engineering or data architecture roles;insurance domain experience essential ( GI / P&C; preferred)

Hands-on with DataOps data pipeline tooling: dbt Apache Spark Kafka or equivalent ETL ELT frameworks





Robust command of REST API patterns and JSON schemas critical for InsureMO API-data integration work

Proficiency in SQL and at least one scripting language (Python preferred) for pipeline logic and transformation

Experience with insurance data entities: policy lifecycle claims reserving premium calculation distribution channels

Familiarity with IFRS 17 data requirements andor regulatory reporting in financial services

Cloud data platforms (AWS Azure GCP )and governance tooling (Collibra Atlan or similar)

Ability to translate data architecture concepts clearly to FCTC teams and client stakeholders

NICE TO HAVE :

InsureMO DataMO certification or hands-on platform exposure

Experience in MEA India insurance market regulations

Prior CoE or practice-build involvement at a systems integrator
