Highly motivated and experienced Senior DevOps Engineer to support Cloud Managed Services team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting and maintaining cloud infrastructure, automation frameworks, CICD platforms, and deployment pipelines as part of Business-as-Usual BAU operations.

The role requires strong expertise in Infrastructure as Code IaC using Terraform and AWS CloudFormation, CICD toolchain support, automation scripting, and cloud platform management.

The ideal candidate must have proven experience working across both AWS and Azure cloud platforms, supporting native cloud services, automation, and operational excellence in enterprise environments. In addition to strong technical capabilities, the candidate must possess excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, as the role involves regular collaboration with development teams, cloud architects, security teams, application owners, and business stakeholders across AWS and Azure environments.

Must-Have Skills

7+ years of DevOpsCloud Engineering experience Hands-on experience with both AWS and Azure native cloud services Terraform Advanced AWS CloudFormation. Advanced CICD support and administration Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, Jenkins, GitLab Python PowerShell Bash scripting Docker and Kubernetes AKSEKS. Production support Managed Services experience Monitoring, logging, and incident management expertise.

DevSecOps and Infrastructure Automation experience Excellent verbal and written communication skills with proven stakeholder management experience across multiple technology and business teams

Mandatory Technical Skills

Experience Cloud Platforms Hands-on experience with both AWS and Microsoft Azure cloud platforms Mandatory. Strong operational knowledge of AWS native services, including: EC2, VPC, IAM, Route 53, ELBALB, Auto Scaling, S3, RDS, EKS, CloudWatch, AWS Systems Manager, AWS Secrets Manager

Strong operational knowledge of Azure native services, including: Virtual Machines, Virtual Networks VNet, Azure Load Balancer, Azure Application Gateway, Azure Storage, Azure SQL,

Experience designing, deploying, troubleshooting, and supporting cloud-native services across both AWS and Azure environments. Infrastructure as Code IaC Strong hands-on experience with Terraform Mandatory.

Strong hands-on experience with AWS CloudFormation Mandatory. Experience developing reusable modules, templates, and automated deployment frameworks. Experience managing Terraform state, workspaces, and CICD integration.

CICD Toolchain Support Experience supporting enterprise CICD platforms as part of BAU operations.

Strong hands-on experience with: Azure DevOps GitHub Actions Jenkins GitLab CICD Experience troubleshooting build, release, and deployment pipelines.

Ability to provide operational support, incident resolution, upgrades, and continuous improvement of CICD platforms.

Experience integrating Infrastructure as Code deployments within CICD pipelines.

Scripting Automation Strong scripting and automation skills using: Python PowerShell BashShell Scripting Experience developing automation solutions for cloud operations, deployment activities, monitoring, and incident remediation.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences. Proven experience collaborating with multiple stakeholders, including Development teams, Cloud Architects, Platform Engineers, Security teams, Application Owners, Service Delivery Managers, and Business stakeholders.

Robust stakeholder management skills with the ability to manage priorities across multiple workstreams in a dynamic environment.





Experience facilitating technical discussions, incident reviews, change approvals, and operational governance meetings.

Ability to provide clear status updates, document technical solutions, prepare operational reports, and present recommendations to leadership teams. Strong customer-centric mindset with the ability to build trusted relationships and work effectively in cross-functional and geographically distributed teams.

Key Responsibilities within Managed Services Scope

Provide BAU operational support for CICD toolchains, ensuring continuity and reliability of software delivery services. Manage, support, and optimize CICD platforms, deployment pipelines, and automation frameworks.

Support cloud infrastructure across AWS and Azure environments. Maintain and enhance Infrastructure as Code solutions using Terraform and CloudFormation.

Troubleshoot cloud platform, deployment, and infrastructure-related issues. Collaborate with development, security, and architecture teams to improve automation, reliability, and operational efficiency.

Ensure compliance with organizational security, governance, and operational standards. Collaborate with multiple stakeholders across Infrastructure, Security, Development, Architecture, Operations, and Business teams to support cloud and DevOps initiatives

. Act as a technical point of contact for cloud infrastructure, CICD, and automation-related discussions. Communicate technical issues, risks, remediation plans, and service updates to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.

Participate in governance, operational review, incident management, and change management meetings. Provide technical guidance and recommendations to improve platform reliability, operational efficiency, and delivery processes.
