We are looking for a skilled QA Engineer to join our team and ensure the quality, reliability, and performance of software applications. The candidate will be responsible for designing and executing test cases, identifying defects, and working closely with developers and business teams to deliver high-quality products.

Key Responsibilities

- Analyze business and technical requirements and prepare test scenarios.
- Create and execute test cases, test scripts, and test scenarios.
- Perform Functional, Regression, Integration, System, and Smoke testing.
- Identify, document, and track defects using tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, or similar.
- Perform defect retesting and verification.
- Participate in requirement reviews and provide QA inputs.
- Collaborate with developers, Business Analysts, and Product Owners to resolve issues.
- Prepare test reports and communicate testing status.
- Ensure applications meet functional and business requirements.
- Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.

Required Skills

- Strong knowledge of Software Testing Life Cycle (STLC)



and Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
- Good understanding of Manual Testing concepts.
- Experience in writing test cases and test scenarios.
- Good knowledge of defect life cycle.
- Experience with Jira / Azure DevOps or similar defect-management tools.
- Understanding of Agile/Scrum methodology.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and documentation skills.

Good to Have

- Experience with API Testing using Postman.
- Basic knowledge of SQL/database testing.
- Knowledge of Selenium, Playwright, Cypress, or other automation tools.
- Experience with CI/CD and DevOps processes.
- Knowledge of performance testing tools such as JMeter.

Education

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or a related field preferred.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Willingness to learn current technologies and testing tools.
