Roles and Responsibilities :
- Provide high-quality patient care in the Operation Theatre (OT) setting, ensuring a secure and efficient environment for patients undergoing surgical procedures.
- Assist surgeons during operations, monitoring vital signs, administering medications, and maintaining accurate records of patient data.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop individualized treatment plans for patients requiring anesthesia services.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance OT workflows and optimize patient outcomes.
Job Requirements :
- 2-4 years of experience as an Anesthesiologist or equivalent role in a hospital setting.
- Solid knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and pharmacology related to anesthesia practices.
- Proficiency in operating room protocols and standards for infection control.
