Role & responsibilities :

Position Context - Team building/Handling, Customer meet, Handling Customer Complaint, Driving VA/VE and kaizen Activities and Having operational and System knowledge as well as budget preparation activities

Key areas of accountability/responsibility

- Daily press shop production planning according to customer requirement.
- Planning to increase the output of press shop.
- Should have knowledge about press robotic line, teaching and programming. Yaskawa robot, kuka robot and fanuc robot.
- Planning & check the press shop process for safety & to develop ZERO accident culture.
- Planning the Training, identifying requirement & developing multi skills of operators & engineers.
- Optimum utilization of Resources.
- Review of daily process and startup check sheet.
- Responsible for of dept. goals setting & targets monitoring, gap analysis & action plans.
- Strong Communication skills within the dept.



& with concern dept.
- Handling the day-to-day issues like customer complaints, loss of productions, any issue related to manpower etc.
- Responsible for dept. cost reductions plan by controlling the daily consumables, wastage, reduction in manpower etc.
- Responsible for VAVE, Kaizen targets Setting and Achievements.
- Improvement In Down time by coordinating with supporting dpt.
- Preparing and review MIS report on monthly basis.
- Initiating Red bin analysis activity on daily basis.
- Knowledge of systems like IATF 16949-2016.
- Knowledge of sheet metals used in press and properties of steel and coordination with SCM for R.M planning.
