Key Responsibilities:
- Manage branch P&L;, revenue generation and business growth.
- Drive CASA/liabilities growth and cross-sell banking, investment and third-party products.
- Execute branch strategy and achieve business targets and KPIs.
- Ensure excellent customer service, complaint resolution and customer engagement.
- Monitor daily branch productivity, business performance and book movement.
- Ensure adherence to banking policies, processes, compliance and audit requirements.
- Manage branch operations, security, fraud controls and risk management.
- Lead, coach and develop the branch team while managing performance and attrition.
- Identify training needs and ensure continuous employee development.
- Ensure timely submission of MIS and other regulatory/management reports.
