Responsibilities

Team & Stakeholder Leadership

- Create and maintain relationships with all stakeholders and the Client organization.
- Manage the Genpact team, including recruitment, onboarding, and support administration.
- Handle people (non-operations) related issues and escalations raised by team members and stakeholders.
- Monitor and review team and organizational performance, including KPI tracking with the Client Performance team at defined frequency.
- Drive problem-solving within the team and hold regular catch-ups with Customer Service Experts on performance improvement.
- Prioritize and balance workload within the team to ensure resources are optimally utilized.
- Conduct employee annual/mid-year performance reviews.

Dispatch & Deployment Planning

- Collect the detailed deployment plan in collaboration with stakeholders, ensuring readiness and final shipment execution.
- Run the Rough Cut Deployment Plan and review the plan generated by SAP APO.
- Review Truck Load Building (TLB), forecast, and available-to-deploy stock at product code level.
- Coordinate execution of special freights.
- Create transport orders in SAP/Oracle for further execution.
- Ensure correct priorities are given to customer service transport needs.
- Maintain close collaboration with Warehousing, Production Planning, Documentation, and Logistics teams.
- Check daily dispatch adherence, ensuring all orders from the previous day have been loaded and shipped.
- Make necessary changes to the plan and execution as needed.
- Act as the link of communication between Production Planning and Transport Planning, ensuring the plan is feasible, executed efficiently, and delivered on time to meet customer demand.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications





- Bachelor's degree as a minimum (University degree required).
- Logistics transport operations experience required.
- Very positive command of English; good communication skills, both oral and written, with the ability to communicate efficiently with all levels of management and peers.

- Experience in supply planning or logistics.

Preferred Qualifications / Skills

- Previous experience with SAP / APO is welcome.
- Knowledge of another European language will be an asset.
- Experience in areas such as production scheduling, inventory management, or supply/operations planning.
- Advanced MS Excel skills.

Position Details:

- Expected Start Date: Within 15–30 days
- Location: Bangalore
- Work Mode: 5 days work from office (flexibility post go-live)
- Shift: Rotational shifts – 24/7 operational coverage. Employees will work 5 days per week, and the working days may fall on any day of the week, including weekends and holidays.
