About the Role

We are seeking an experienced QA/QC Engineer/Manager to support and drive Quality Assurance and Quality Control activities across high-rise building and construction projects. The role involves ensuring compliance with project specifications, quality standards, statutory requirements, and customer expectations through effective inspections, testing, documentation, and quality management practices.

Key Responsibilities

Quality Assurance & Control

- Implement and monitor project quality systems and procedures.
- Ensure compliance with Project Quality Plans (PQP), Quality Control Plans (QCP), Inspection & Test Plans (ITPs), and Method Statements.
- Monitor quality performance and support continual improvement initiatives.

Inspection & Testing

- Conduct inspections of civil, structural, architectural, MEP, and finishing works.
- Raise and coordinate Inspection Requests (IRs) with consultants and clients.
- Witness third-party testing activities and ensure compliance with approved specifications.
- Verify quality of materials, workmanship, and completed works.

NCR Management

- Issue and track Internal Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs).
- Identify root causes for quality deviations.
- Coordinate corrective and preventive actions and ensure timely closure of NCRs.

Stakeholder Coordination

- Coordinate with Project Managers, Site Engineers, Consultants, Clients,



and Contractors on quality-related matters.
- Support consultant and client inspections.
- Participate in quality review meetings and provide technical inputs.

Documentation & Audits

- Maintain quality records, inspection reports, test reports, and quality documentation.
- Support internal and external quality audits.
- Ensure compliance with ISO 9001 Quality Management System requirements.
- Prepare periodic quality status reports and dashboards.

Educational Qualification

- Full-Time Engineering Graduate or Diploma in:
- Civil Engineering
- Mechanical Engineering

Experience

- 5 to 15 years of experience in construction projects.
- Solid exposure to high-rise residential, Tall Buildings, RCC Buildings , Commercial, mixed-use, or institutional building projects.
- Hands-on experience in quality inspections, material testing, quality documentation, and NCR management.
- Experience in implementing and monitoring Quality Management Systems in construction projects.

Technical Competencies

- Knowledge of QA/QC systems and construction quality processes.
- Working knowledge of ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management Systems.
- Familiarity with:
- Quality Control Plans (QCP)
- Inspection & Test Plans (ITP)




- Project Quality Plans (PQP)
- Method Statements
- NCR Management and CAPA

- Knowledge of IS Codes, BS Codes, and construction standards.
- Experience in material testing and quality verification processes.
- Proficiency in MS Office and quality documentation systems.
- Ability to conduct quality inspections, audits, and compliance reviews.
