- The person at this position would be responsible for productive management of Porter System established in hospital. He / She would timely review the processes and give inputs for improvising upon them.
Job Requirements :
- Experience in manpower handling, service supervision, shift planning, floor management, and porter duties is desirable.
- To manage and supervise complete Porter system in hospital
- To train staff about the processes and technology to be used
- To assure availability of well trained staff at all point of time at assigned areas
- To have regular communication and coordination with all departments so as to maintain efficiency of porter system processes and avoid delays in calls
- To prepare duty roaster, look for attendance and sanction leaves of staff in coordination with Manager Administration.
