Job Description Telecom OSS / Network SME

Experience: 9 to 15 Years
Domain: Telecom OSS & Network Operations

Mandatory Skills:

- Solid experience in Telecom OSS (Operations Support Systems).
- Extensive knowledge of Telecom Network Architecture.
- Hands-on experience in one or more of the following:
- FTTx (Fiber to the X) Networks
- IP/MPLS Networks
- Transport/TDM Networks
- Ethernet Networks
- 4G/5G Wireless Networks

- Expertise in Network Planning, Provisioning, Fault Management, Performance Management, and Service Assurance.
- Understanding of Telecom OSS tools and platforms.
- Experience in network operations, deployment, integration, and troubleshooting.
- Knowledge of SDH, DWDM, GPON, Routing & Switching concepts is preferred.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and telecom industry standards.





Roles & Responsibilities:

- Design, implement, and support Telecom OSS solutions.
- Analyze and optimize telecom network performance across wireline and wireless technologies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for OSS integration and network transformation projects.
- Troubleshoot complex network and service issues.
- Support network operations, service provisioning, and assurance activities.
- Participate in architecture discussions and recommend best practices for telecom network modernization.
- Prepare technical documentation, reports, and operational procedures.
