Job Description:
We are looking for a Customer Support Representative with experience in the International Voice Process to handle customer calls and provide effective solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

- Handle inbound/outbound calls from international customers.
- Resolve customer queries and complaints professionally.
- Provide accurate information and timely solutions.
- Maintain excellent customer service and communication standards.
- Update customer information and call details in CRM.
- Escalate complex issues to the concerned team.
- Meet process targets such as AHT, quality, productivity and CSAT.
- Follow company policies and international customer service standards.

Candidate Profile:

- Experience in an International Voice Process preferred.
- Excellent English communication skills.
- Positive listening and problem-solving abilities.
- Comfortable working in night shifts.
- Freshers may apply if the role permits.
