We are looking for compassionate and dedicated Trainers to work with children on the autism spectrum. The role involves supporting developmental, behavioral, and learning needs through structured and engaging activities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work closely with children with autism in one-on-one and group sessions
- Implement individualized learning and therapy plans
- Support communication, social, and behavioral development
- Maintain progress records and provide regular feedback to parents
Qualifications:
- UG Degree
- Freshers are welcome- (Female Candidates only)
Skills Required:
- Passion for working with children
- High level of patience and empathy
- Robust communication skills
- Willingness to learn and adapt
- Ability to handle challenging situations calmly
