GBS Customer Service Executive (International Voice Process)

Experience Required: 1 to 3 Years

Location: Chennai.

Preferred Candidates: Chennai-based candidates who are comfortable working in night shifts and have prior international voice process experience.

Skills:

Handle both Inbound and Outbound Customer Service Calls.
Excellent customer support and resolve customer queries
Work experience in an International Voice Process

Experience range:





Minimum 1 to 3 years of experience in Customer Service (Voice Process).
Mandatory experience in an International Voice Process.
Robust verbal communication skills.
Willing to work in night shifts (US Process).

Shift Timings:

US Shift (Night Shift)
5:30 PM to 2:30 AM IST
Saturday & Sunday Fixed week off
