Role & responsibilities

- Welcome and engage customers visiting the TDI Kundli site.
- Understand the customer's requirement, budget, preferred plot size, and purpose of purchase.
- Conduct professional and informative project and site show-arounds.
- Explain the project's location, connectivity, amenities, development, and available plot options.
- Present relevant plot options based on the customer's requirements.
- Explain pricing, payment plans, booking process, and other applicable details accurately.
- Address customer questions and initial objections in a professional manner.
- Coordinate with the sales team to ensure smooth handling of qualified leads.
- Maintain regular follow-up with customers after site visits.
- Convert site visits into bookings through effective relationship management and sales follow-up.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, visits, requirements, and follow-ups in the CRM/system.
- Coordinate with telecalling, sales, and management teams regarding lead status and customer requirements.
- Ensure every customer receives a professional, hospitable, and memorable site-visit experience.




- Collect customer feedback and share relevant insights with the sales team.

Qualification

- Graduate preferred.
- Candidates from real estate, hospitality, retail, banking, automobile, travel, or customer-facing sales backgrounds are welcome.

- Someone who is residing nearby or can easily commute to Kundli.
