3-6 years of experience as a Business Analyst, Process Consultant, or similar role, ideally in a technology or
automation context
- Solid process mapping and documentation skills (BPMN, flowcharts, SIPOC, RACI)
- Working knowledge of agentic AI concepts (agents, tools/function calling, orchestration, human-in-the-loop)
sufficient to assess feasibility, without needing to build the solutions
- Experience running client workshops, structured interviews, and requirements-gathering sessions
- Ability to build a business case, including ROI, cost-benefit, and risk analysis for proposed automation
initiatives
- Familiarity with at least one automation or agentic AI platform (e.g., n8n, Power Automate, LangChain-
based agents) at a functional/conceptual level
- Excellent stakeholder management, facilitation, and presentation skills, including presenting to senior client
executives
