We are looking for a senior and experienced business leader to join a reputed footwear brand based in Bahadurgarh, Haryana. The ideal candidate will have 20+ years of strong experience in the footwear industry with a proven track record at a senior management level.
The candidate should have extensive knowledge of the footwear industry, strong business acumen, and the ability to lead teams, manage operations, drive growth, and contribute to strategic decision-making.
Candidate Profile:
- 20+ years of relevant experience in the footwear industry
- Currently working or recently worked as VP, General Manager, Business Head,or equivalent
- Strong understanding of footwear manufacturing and business operations
- Experience with reputed footwear brands/manufacturers preferred
- Strong leadership and team-management capabilities
- Excellent communication and decision-making skills
- Robust commercial and strategic orientation
- Proven experience in driving business growth and operational efficiency
Compensation: 25–35 LPA, depending on experience and suitability.
