Job Description - Field Executive (Female) Payment Collection
& Client Coordination
Location: Indore (Local Field Visits)
Job Summary
Responsible for collecting payments from regular clients across Indore, following up via calls for
NEFT payments, maintaining client relationships, and supporting marketing activities whenever
required.
Key Responsibilities
- Visit regular clients for payment collection.
- Collect Cash, Cheque, or NEFT payments.
- Follow up with clients by phone for pending payments.
- Submit collections and payment details to Accounts.
- Maintain records of collections and visits.
- Promote company products/services during client visits when required.
- Coordinate with Sales and Accounts teams.
- Report daily field activities.
Qualifications
Graduate preferred; 1+ year experience in field collection/sales/customer service. Freshers with
positive communication skills may also apply.
Skills
Good communication, honesty, record keeping, MS Office, WhatsApp, local travel within Indore.
Two-wheeler and driving license preferred.
Salary
As per experience and company policy.
