- Strong hands-on expertise in Golang application development
- Positive proficiency in Python for backend development and automation
- Experience designing scalable, cloud-native and microservices-based applications
- Strong understanding of software engineering practices, design patterns and secure coding
- Experience working with high-availability and distributed systems
- Proficiency in REST APIs, gRPC and event-driven architectures
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines and deployment automation
- Strong knowledge of performance optimization,



monitoring and logging
- Hands-on experience with production support and troubleshooting
- Ability to mentor junior engineers and contribute to architecture and technical decisions
- Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
