Role & responsibilities

- Manage daily warehouse/store operations including receiving, storage, picking, packing, and dispatch.
- Ensure proper inventory control, stock accuracy, and FIFO/FEFO practices.
- Handle FMCG products with proper quality, hygiene, and safety standards.
- Supervise warehouse staff and allocate daily work as per requirements.
- Maintain stock records and prepare daily/weekly inventory reports.
- Coordinate with transport, operations, and management teams for smooth dispatch.
- Monitor loading/unloading activities and ensure proper documentation.
- Conduct regular stock verification and physical inventory checks.
- Ensure proper housekeeping and 5S standards in the warehouse.
- Handle ERP/SAP and MS Excel for inventory and warehouse records.

Preferred candidate profile

- 24 years of experience in FMCG warehouse/store operations.
- Positive knowledge of FMCG products, inventory management, FIFO/FEFO, and warehouse processes.
- Good communication and team-handling skills.
