The Financial Analyst will support JLL's APAC operations by providing financial analysis, reporting, and insights to drive business performance and strategic decision-making across the region.
Key Responsibilities
Financial Analysis & Reporting Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for APAC markets. Analyze financial performance against budgets and forecasts, identifying variances and trends. Develop management reporting dashboards and presentations for regional leadership.
Budgeting & Forecasting
Support the annual budgeting process across APAC countries. Prepare rolling forecasts and scenario analyses. Track budget performance and work with business leaders to optimize resource allocation.
Business Partnership Partner with country finance teams and business unit leaders across the region. Provide financial insights to support strategic initiatives and operational decisions. Support business case development for new opportunities and investments.
Process Improvement Identify opportunities to streamline financial processes and improve reporting efficiency. Support implementation of financial systems and tools. Develop and maintain financial models and analysis templates.
Compliance & Controls Ensure financial reporting complies with JLL standards and local regulations. Support internal and external audit processes. Maintain documentation of financial processes and controls.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field. 3-5 years of financial analysis experience, preferably in real estate, professional services, or multinational organizations. Strong proficiency in Excel, financial modeling, and data visualization tools. Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar preferred).
Preferred Skills
Understanding of APAC business environments and regulatory frameworks. Experience working across multiple countries and time zones. Advanced Excel skills including pivot tables, complex formulas, and macros. Power BI or Tableau experience for dashboard creation. CFA, CPA, or similar professional certification (or progress toward).
