About the Role
We need a strong digital platforms background to drive content, social media, and campaign performance activities, while also supporting master data governance, role administration, and transaction approvals across PISPL's ERP systems. The role requires timely ticket resolution and audit-compliant processes through cross-functional coordination.

Key Responsibilities

Digital Platforms & Campaign Performance

- Lead digital content creation, social media management, and campaign performance tracking as a core, ongoing responsibility.
- Monitor and report on digital marketing analytics using tools such as Google Analytics and search Console this reporting function is central to the role.
- Develop engaging digital content and campaigns with a creative, hands-on approach.
- Manage and grow company/brand social media pages where required.

Master Data Governance & ERP Support

- Own the setup and maintenance of masters in the PISPL ERP and other business applications,



including special price creation, user ID/role administration, and maker-checker validation.
- Deliver transactional and operational approvals promptly, resolving related issues within defined TAT (turnaround time).
- Drive ticket resolution, order receipt processes, and dashboard maintenance for master creation and approval support.

Cross-Functional Coordination

- Coordinate closely with internal and external stakeholders Support, Admin, Finance, Vendors, and Customers to keep operations running smoothly.
- Maintain accurate, audit-ready customer records and proactively flag process improvement opportunities.

Requirements

- Comfortable with adaptable shifts (8 AM to 8PM, including occasional Sundays and month-end closing support).
- Open to training and guidance as the role evolves.
