Job Description:

We are looking for a motivated IT Recruiter to join our recruitment team. The ideal candidate should have a basic understanding of IT roles and a passion for talent acquisition.

Key Responsibilities:

- Understand job requirements from hiring managers
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and social media
- Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates
- Conduct initial HR interviews and coordinate technical interviews
- Schedule interviews and follow up with candidates
- Maintain candidate database and recruitment trackers
- Assist in offer rollout and joining formalities
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process

Required Skills:

- Basic knowledge of IT technologies and roles
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and work in a rapid-paced environment
- Familiarity with job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, etc.)
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and MS Word
