Roles and Responsibilities:

- Candidate is expected to conduct inspection, control quality and document inspection results for the various activities related to manufacturing plant.
- Candidate shall be managing and leading group of job inspectors and NDT technicians.
- Candidate shall be responsible for implementing and maintaining Quality Management System (QMS) for the plant manufacturing process equipment for various core sector industries.
- Candidate shall be competent to devise Quality Assurance plan and inspection test procedures in line with engineering drawings, documents, specifications and customers specific requirements.
- Candidate shall be responsible for ensuring quality standards for raw materials, in process activities,



finished goods and erection/installation of equipment at site, as per laid down/documented procedures.
- Job involves analysis and remedial actions for elimination/minimising defects, reworks, rejection and non-conformities.
- Job involves interaction with customers, third party inspection agencies, consultants and various internal stakeholders, for handling inspections at various stages and during surveillance/recertification audits.
- Job involves implementing standard operating procedures and systems for productive running of QA/QC department and training/grooming of staff at various levels such as job inspectors, NDT technicians, etc.
