We're hiring : Marketing Head - Real Estate

Work location : Coimbatore
Employment Type : Full-time, in office (Coimbatore)
Domain : Real estate marketing
Experience : 5+ years in marketing (incl. 34 years in a leadership role)

Skills and Experience Expected:

Experience : 5+ years in marketing incl. 34 years leading a function; ownership of marketing ROI, not just campaign activity.
Real estate domain Real estate marketing experience — or strong B2C / services marketing with clear ability to go deep on real estate.
Online marketing : Property portals (99acres, MagicBricks, Housing), Google & Meta performance ads,SEO / local SEO, social, WhatsApp automation.
Offline marketing: Hoardings / outdoor, print,



Tamil-language creative, local events & exhibitions, referral-network building.
B2B / relationship: LinkedIn, direct outreach and account-based approaches for the commercial and B2B verticals.
Systems & analytics : Setting up and running a CRM and attribution; comfort with cost-per-lead /acquisition and ROI reporting.
Management: Building a small in-house team; selecting, briefing, directing and evaluating external agencies.
